Save the Date! 10/15-10/17/2021
Unfortunately, we live in a world that these things must be a concern. There have been many questions surrounding our policy concerning COVID. Here is some basic information you need to know...
Philly Fall Fest is NOT checking vaccination records for attendance. Frankly, we don't want to know your personal medical business and don't have the capacity to manage all that. We wholeheartedly hope that our patrons choose to be vaccinated, but do not believe it is our business to know your medical choices or why you've made them.
Mask policies will follow local mandates at the time of the event. At this time (9/10), the local mandates are masks for those who are not vaccinated as recommended by the CDC. We trust that our patrons will manage this honestly. If you feel unsafe, we strongly encourage you wear a mask regardless.
We will have plenty of hand sanitizing stations and disinfectant wipes throughout the venue, as well as disposable masks, should you forget yours.
In addition, we are adding red, green and yellow wrist bands you can choose to wear at the event. These will indicate your comfort level of friends approaching you while attending PFF 2021. Green bands signify your are super comfortable with hugs, handshakes and high fives. Yellow bands indicate you are willing to elbow, fist or foot bump. Red bands state you prefer friends to social distance and remain at 6'. Feel free to grab your color at registration when you arrive.
We will also be providing reserved seating for groups. This will allow you to always go to the same table each time you are in the ballroom and stick with your group.
We strongly encourage you to pay attention to your health; if you are not feeling well, please stay home or in your room if your symptoms develop while on site.
Thank you in advance for taking care of yourself and our dance family while attending PFF 2021!
